The Town of Canmore is hosting its annual Pride Flag raising on Thursday, May 15 in worldwide celebration of sexual and gender diversity and to observe the International Day against Homophobia, Transphobia and Biphobia (May 17). The flag raising event will run from 12 – 12:30 p.m. in the Canmore Civic Centre Plaza. All are welcome to attend in solidarity

This will be a casual meet up for folks 19 and under to hang out, eat pizza, decorate a pumpkin, and connect with others. No registration is required.

Topics will include a discussion of queer and trans rights in Alberta, Canada, the United States, Europe, and globally.
