LOCATION : Canmore Public Library, Program Room. The Program Room is located inside of the Canmore Public Library, along the left side as you walk into the library’s main entrance.
TIME: 10 AM to 11:30 AM. We recommend arriving at 10 AM.
ABOUT THE EVENT:
This session will include storytime, some music making, some dancing, and some free time for kiddos and families to socialize. Drag performers from The Cabaret Company will be announced at a later date.
Food will not be provided at the event.
WHO IS THIS EVENT FOR:
This event is for children of all ages and their caregivers.
WHAT TO WEAR: Come dressed in whatever is most comfortable for you and feel free to dress up for a pride dance party if you would like!
WHAT TO BRING: Please bring your own water bottle.

Elevation Place and the Canmore Public Library are wheelchair accessible including access to a washroom.
Guests will be sitting on the floor or on chairs.
There is overhead lighting and will be music and storytelling with moderate volumes.
There is a single stall gender neutral washroom available directly beside the program room.
Closest bus stop is: Elevation Place, about 100 metres away.

BY CAR: There is lots of free parking in the Elevation Place parking lot, including accessible parking stalls.
BY BUS WITHIN CANMORE: The Canmore Roam service features three routes that are FREE for all. Please visit this website for more information on routes and schedules.
BY BUS FROM BANFF: Roam Transit’s Canmore-Banff Regional Route 3 provides transportation between Downtown Canmore and Downtown Banff. Fares: $6 for one-way, $15 for day pass.
To make the festival accessible, Roam Transit is offering free one-way bus passes between Canmore and Banff. Please our festival page for more information.BY TAXI: Three Sisters Taxi is partnering with the Canmore Pride Festival to offer FREE taxi rides to help attendees get to and from events safely! Taxi rides are limited to Canmore town bounds (including Three Sisters). Ask any volunteer during the festival for a free taxi voucher.
